Website enquiries

When you send an enquiry, EMJ uses your name, email address, optional telephone number, message and relevant property or stay details to respond to your request. Please avoid sending payment information, identification documents or sensitive personal information through this form.

Enquiries are emailed through Google Workspace to [email protected], a group received by the EMJ team. Replies use the email address you provide. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

The website does not create an enquiry database. Enquiry emails remain in the receiving team’s business mailboxes for as long as needed to handle your request and related business records. You may email [email protected] to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and verifies submissions using Turnstile to reduce spam. Google Apps Script and Google Workspace process and deliver enquiry emails. These services may process technical information, including your IP address and browser information, and may process data outside Barbados. Submission references are retained for up to 24 hours to prevent duplicate emails; they contain no message text or contact details.

We do not use advertising analytics or marketing cookies on this website. Spam verification loads when you open the enquiry form. If direct sending is unavailable, “Continue in email app” prepares an email in your own mail application; you must send it there.
